Stores are built directly on the client’s Shopify account, which requires the client to provide accurate login credentials and required information.

After purchase, clients must contact us via WhatsApp and provide:

  Proof of payment
  

If a client fails to initiate contact, we will attempt communication via email up to three (3) times.

We recommend that clients provide a valid mobile phone number during checkout to facilitate efficient communication.

If a client fails to respond to communication attempts, no refunds shall be issued due to delays arising from lack of response. The store will still be completed and delivered.

Should unforeseen operational, technical, or real-life circumstances arise that delay promised delivery timelines, such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
